Welcome to 2020!  I am looking forward to a new decade and helping my clients with their real estate needs. 

With 18 years of experience in Real Estate, I know what you need, and you will get it from me!  I will use my advanced negotiating skills on your behalf and be always available for your questions, obtain information and put you at ease as we move through the process.  I have a comprehensive list of resources and will be with you every step of the way.  You are my top priority from start to finish.

My professional career has taken many turns from critical care nursing, to medical sales and marketing, to real estate since 2002.  There are some clear similarities in the industries in that it's all about helping people!  I equally enjoy working with sellers and buyers of real property throughout all of the Mid-Hudson Valley.  I take your goals and objectives very seriously and will work diligently to help you achieve them. 

Along with my husband Tim, I have a strong commitment to the community.  I serve as a board member of the Mohonk Preserve as well as Vice Chair of SUNY Ulster's Foundation. This community service, coupled with ongoing support of the Rondout Valley Growers Association, The Episcopal Church of Christ the King in Stone Ridge, Rondout Valley Food Pantry, and other like organizations, complement the networking and marketing that has been a key factor in my real estate achievements.   I enjoy volunteer service along with gardening, cooking and everything our area has to offer.  It’s an amazing place to live!

My 2019 sales volume, including non-MLS transactions, was $25.3 million – that’s a quarter billion of sales from my relationship with 59 buyer and seller clients.  I am the #2 broker in our area with over 650 active agents and have been awarded an Ulster County Board of Realtors Top Producer award every year since 2004.  I proudly serve my diversified client base which is reflected in the wide range of homes sold from a $155k ranch to a three-million-dollar historic estate on the Hudson.  Regardless of budget and scope, all my clients can expect and enjoy my full dedication to their cause.

I gained the Berkshire Hathaway Chairman’s Platinum Circle award, distinguishing me as a sales professional in the top one percent of the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.  I serve on several New York Association of Realtor (NYSAR) state committees, as well as UCBR's strategic plan committee and professional standards committee.
